La Fourchette serves a brasserie menu of traditional bistro dishes and French specialities, lovingly prepared and beautifully cooked using fresh, seasonal and, where possible, local ingredients. Our à la carte and ‘prix fixe’ set menus feature such classics as Moules et Frites, Escargots and Chateaubriand, while our Fresh Fish, Fresh Pasta and Grills boards offer even more choice to tempt your tastebuds.
From simple vin de table wines to grand crus, La Fourchette’s wine list offers an extensive selection of terroirs and vintages to perfectly complement our cuisine and please even the most discerning palates.
Did you know? La Fourchette (or ‘the fork’) was introduced to Europe by a Byzantine princess in the 11th century. Fast forward 600 years and English travellers to France and Italy brought it back to England.
